Registration for the International Masterclasses
General information
Important information requested includes personal details such as name, address, and date of birth. Additionally, musical information will be collected, such as the instrument played, desired works (maximum 3 complete works), desired chamber music ensemble(s), any additional instruments (e.g., contrabassoon) that can be brought along for chamber music, preferred chamber music partners who have also registered, and a demo version of the performance (CD, link, etc.). Submitting a musical recording is unnecessary for participants who are already known to the respective professor.
It is important to include your arrival time, preferred type of accommodation, and dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian or any food intolerances). Please also attach a brief CV.

Permit
Admission usually takes place within three weeks after the application deadline.
Confirmations or rejections will be sent digitally via muvac or by email. This depends on the type of application.
The relevant professors decide on admission.
down payment
Upon registration, a deposit of €100.00 must be paid into the account of the municipality of Emsbüren.
If your application is rejected during the registration process, the fee will of course be refunded. Therefore, providing your bank details is important. If your application is approved, the deposit will be credited towards the final amount.
Important: If you are accepted but do not attend, a refund of the deposit is only possible up to 4 weeks before the course starts!
